- FIX – Resolved sporadic issue of multiple Digital Progress Report entries being created. Issue was caused by glitch when confirmation page was refreshed (intentionally or unintentionally) causing the creation of a duplicate entry. Solution: changed form submission method to AJAX = true in ‘dpr_info_check’ shortcode.
